Individual therapy typically involves one-on-one sessions between the individual and their therapist. In sessions you’ll discuss various topics related to your mental health, such as past experiences, current concerns, and future goals. The therapist may use a range of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, or mindfulness based therapy, depending on the individual's needs and preferences.
